JULY FAVOURITES ♡

Very short one, I know- This is simply because I haven't tried out many new things this month. Sorry about the shortage..

I also apologise for the picture quality, I'm still looking for a decent place to take the pictures. 

Skinny Bitch book by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin 

This book is great if you're looking for weight loss motivation, it's quite an addictive read. Persuasive and disciplinary language is used throughout the book, it tells you the truth about what you are eating and certain diets, I've found it very motivating. However, I'll point out that in the book there is some unreasonable instructions, for example- it explains that you must be vegan (which i don't find true and have not became vegan) and it tells you to sacrifice an awful lot. I haven't followed every little thing it has said, but there is a lot I have cut out due to the information but I still go on with the things that I enjoy. There is also a severe and graphic explanation of what happens in slaughter houses during chapter 6. I had to stop half way through that chapter as it brought me to tears. However, if you take in the information with moderation you will find that it is a great motivation towards weight loss and it's full of helpful tips and advice.

Daisy perfume by Marc Jacobs

I love love love this perfume! I wear it everyday, I'm not so good at describing the smell. But all I can say is that it smells amazing, and it's definitely worth the price. The bottle is big enough so it can last, Favourite perfume!

Bubbegum Lip Scrub

This is the best lip scrub i've ever used, we all get those annoying crispy bits on our lips but this gets rid of it and exfoliates the lips very well! It also tastes like strawberries as you have to lick off the scrub yourself, it's fab!

E.L.F Make-up and Mist Set

This is the best purchase I've made this month, I've never had a better make-up setter in my life. I simply spray it on my face after I've done my make-up and my make-up stays on ten times longer then it normally would. Considering how great the price is, it is definitely worth it. Definite future re-purchase!
